 Training
Boyd will train you in the use of the materials we distribute and apply. While some distributors may be content to abandon a gallon of paint on your loading dock, Boyd’s service never stops. We are available to answer any questions regarding application and uses for the material. We will also help you set up a complete, safe and environmentally compliant painting/coating operation and formally train your operators and managers in the proper use of the materials.
Our success as a Licensed Industrial Applicator of DuPont Teflon® led to a collaborated effort between DuPont and Boyd to develop the Boyd Applications Training School. DuPont chose Boyd to write a curriculum to fill their need for qualified applications training. We provide seminars sharing our expertise on the practice and theory of successful coating applications. Graduates from our school include successful Licensed Industrial Applicators and DuPont employees from all over the world.
